Physical Therapy works with patients with decreased function, disabilities or other health related issues. CCH is an excellent choice for post surgery rehabilitation.

Occupational Therapy helps patients participate in their everyday life activities, in their home, school, workplace, community and other settings.

Speech Therapy works with patients that have eating, swallowing or speech problems.

Goals are set for each patient that can be measured and achieved within the time frame of therapy.
