The importance of Long Term Care is to enable the patient to be as independent as possible. While on Long Term Care, we will help the patient gradually assume increasing responsibility for their own care in order to help them accomplish their personal goals.

Long Term Care nursing is designed to care for people who need daily attention and health supervision. CCH offers a compassionate and highly skilled nursing team; each patient is treated with individualized care medically, socially and spiritually.

The cost of long-term care is generally not covered by any insurance company unless you have a nursing home policy.
